My most basic service includes only 16 hours and it is not auto-renewed. So if you are not satisfied with our partnership, we can simply finish the current contract and I will have some options of different professionals you can check. For the ELEVATE package however, there is no trial period since it involves the entire platform set up and full done-for-you templates.
Yes, of course. Once all the deliverables are ready, we will schedule a demo call and I will also send you all the training material you need to revisit at any time in the future.
If you are on a monthly retainer, the agreed results will be delivered at the end of each cycle. For platform setup services I have a 2 week work period process (except for the VIP Intensive Day). I like to include a few extra days to make sure to have a buffer and guarantee I will deliver everything on time. It can take longer if the client is not available within the established period or if I don’t get the necessary information or files from the client.
